What do I need to do after registering?

After registering, you will receive a separate email with a personal link to connect with Samantha, our AI Community Host. Samantha will have a short 5-minute onboarding conversation with you to understand your objectives. This is how your roundtable placement and 1:1 meeting schedule are confirmed. The deadline to complete this is Friday, 20 March. If you have not received the email, please check your spam folder or contact events@finoverse.com.

If I did not receive the registration confirmation email, what should I do?

The confirmation email can sometimes take a couple of hours to arrive. Please also check your spam or junk folder.

Can I change my registration details?

For changes to your registration details (e.g., mobile number), please email events@finoverse.com with the subject "Change Request".

Can I refund or transfer my ticket?

Tickets are non-transferable under any circumstances.

What is the refund policy for ticket cancellations?

If you purchased any type of ticket(s), we regret that the full amount of your fee is non-refundable.

We accept credit and debit cards only. All fees are payable in U.S. Dollars (USD) and Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

Is personal identification required at the Physical Event?

Yes, please bring personal identification as security checks may be conducted.

How can I obtain an invitation letter for visa purposes?

To obtain a visa invitation letter, please email events@finoverse.com after you have registered and paid for your ticket.

How can I ensure my privacy and data protection during the Event?

Your personal information will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with our privacy policy and Hong Kong data privacy laws.

What happens if the Event is cancelled or postponed?

In the event of cancellation or postponement, announcements will be made promptly regarding ticketing issues. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for further details.
